Abi Onifade

Abi Onifade is currently working as a Product Content Manager at Medisafe® since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Copywriter, Copy-editor at Brown & Pencil UK from 2020 to 2021, where they were responsible for producing conversion rate-optimised copy for B2B and B2C organisations in the healthcare, eCommerce, and parenting sectors. Abi was also responsible for creating content marketing strategies across multiple channels including website, social media and email, as well as creating email marketing campaigns including sequences optimised for increased open and click rates. Abi also worked as a Freelance Copywriter at Brown & Pencil UK Ltd from 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Biomedical Scientist at Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust from 2013 to 2020, where they improved patient outcomes through analysis of histopathological analysis of patient samples and collaboration with healthcare professionals. Her responsibilities included tissue analysis of patient samples using histopathological and molecular techniques, as well as communicating and collaborating with other healthcare professionals during ample journey and patient pathway.

Abi Onifade holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Science from the University of Greenwich and a B.Sc. in Biomedical Science from the University of Portsmouth. In 2021, Abi Onifade obtained certifications in Email Marketing and Digital Marketing from HubSpot Academy.
