Shirley Sonesh, Ph.D., currently serves as a Research Scientist at the Institute for Simulation and Training at the University of Central Florida and as an Organizational Strategy Advisor for Meditel360, consulting on the organizational implications of Tele-health and Tele-Medicine. Previously, Shirley was a Business Instructor at Tulane University, teaching Organizational Behavior while also working as a Ph.D. candidate and research assistant. Additional experience includes roles as a Performance Management Consultant and Personality Assessment Researcher at CosmoCom, and a Research Assistant Intern at McLean Hospital. Shirley Sonesh holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Tulane University and a BA in Psychology from Brandeis University.
