Ricky B. Howard

Ricky B. Howard has held a variety of roles in the operations field over the past 38 years. In 1983, they served in the US Navy as a Naval Aviation Avionics (Elect/Electronics) and was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal, Good Conduct Medal, multiple sea service ribbons, and commendations. From 1988 to 2011, they held several progressive operations leadership roles at STERIS, including Materials/Manufacturing Manager. In 2011, they became North America Materials Manager - Power & Signal Group at Arrow Electronics, where they were responsible for directing all planning, buying, and forecasting activities with 8 direct reports. From 2012 to 2014, they served as Supply Chain Manager at Swagelok. From 2014 to 2019, they were Vice President of Operations at Telos Alliance, where they were a member of a senior management team charged with overseeing global operations in 2 locations. From 2019 to 2021, they were Plant Manager at GE Lighting, a Savant company, where they had full leadership, management and operating responsibilities for a 255,000 sqft facility. In 2021, they began working at Reuter-Stokes, a Baker Hughes business, as Sr Operations Leader/Plant Manager, where they were responsible for leading a medium sized manufacturing facility to manage overall plant activities. Currently, they are Director Of Operations at MediView XR, Inc.

Ricky B.
