Muzhgan MSHRM has a diverse work experience, starting from their role as a Clinical Quality Associate III at Sonova Group in 2014. Muzhgan received multiple promotions during their two-year tenure and helped increase distribution and client satisfaction by 70%.

In 2018, they worked as a Seasonal Recruiter at LTD Commodities, where they successfully recruited and onboarded over 250 employees for the CSR department. Muzhgan also collaborated with staffing agencies and organized job fairs and events to fulfill recruitment goals.

Muzhgan then joined Universal Metro Asian Services in 2019 as a Human Resources Corporate Recruiter, implementing a talent acquisition process and recruiting and onboarding senior management employees, healthcare staff, and caregivers. Muzhgan also handled a high volume of unemployment claims.

In 2020, they worked at VNA Health Care as part of the HR department, assisting with onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with credentialing requirements.

Most recently, in 2023, they joined Medix Infusion as a Corporate Recruiter, working closely with hiring managers to source, assess, and close positions. Muzhgan maintained a network of potential candidates through market research and relationship management, conducted interviews, and demonstrated strong screening and preparation skills.

Muzhgan MSHRM completed a Master's degree in HRM from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Certification in Recruiting, Hiring, and Onboarding from the University of Minnesota. Additionally, Muzhgan has obtained several additional certifications from LinkedIn, including Human Resources: Compensation and Benefits, Human Resources: Running Company Onboarding, HR as a Business Partner, Hiring, Managing, and Separating from Employees, and Leadership: Practical Skills. The certifications were obtained in various years, with the most recent ones being in 2021 and 2020.
