Sylvia Larson

Sylvia Larson has over four years of professional experience in the healthcare industry. Sylvia began their career in 2016 as an Intern at MedRhythms, Inc. In 2017, they joined Optum as an Analyst in the Optum Advisory Services, where they were part of the Consulting Development Program. In 2019, Sylvia moved to UnitedHealth Group as a Project Manager in the Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Office. Sylvia was later promoted to Senior Project Manager and was also nominated and selected for UnitedHealth Group's Emerging Leader Program. In 2021, Sylvia returned to MedRhythms, Inc. as the Strategy Manager.

Sylvia Larson obtained their High School Diploma from Lexington High School in 2013. Sylvia then attended St. Olaf College, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology in 2017. Sylvia also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from UnitedHealth Group.
