Pharm. Paul Ndunelo has held various roles in the pharmaceutical industry since 2014. In that year, they began their career as a Pharmacist (internship/NYSC) at Medplus Pharmacy, where they analyzed inventory control and cost to maintain stock and maximize profit, evaluated daily/monthly sales reports, and hit back to back sales targets. Pharm. Paul then moved to the NIGERIA PRISONS SERVICE as a Volunteer Pharmacist in 2015. In 2018, they became the Pharmacy Manager (Procurement, Regulatory and Operations) at R & Y Community Pharmacy, where they planned and executed the operations, procurement and regulatory affairs of the pharmacy, managed all business of the CEO in the country, and integrated an inventory control system into the pharmacy business. In 2019, they joined Medsaf as the Head of Procurement, Local/Global, where they progressively and successfully onboarded and managed vendors to maintain long term relationships and cut procurement costs, evaluated vendors to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required, and handled daily operational purchasing needs. Pharm. Paul also held the role of Operations (Quality control/Warehouse manager), where they supervised and organized a team to resolve problems with inventory to achieve accurate and quick delivery, provided periodic reporting for better warehouse controls and quality check, and conducted a revamp process to make sure SOPs are properly followed.
Pharm. Paul Ndunelo holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) from the University of Lagos, which they obtained between 2008 and 2014. Pharm. Paul also holds certifications in Health Safety and Environment I, II and III from Millennium Training Acquisition Limited, Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Piston and Fusion Limited, and Project Management Professional from Novelle Center.
