Delphine Bradshaw-Nguyen is an experienced professional in the fields of e-commerce, digital platforms, and customer experience management. Currently serving as an omnichannel customer experience manager and previously as an e-commerce and digital platform product manager at Medtronic, Delphine has also held key positions at HP as the EMEA e-commerce supplies category manager and in sales training and development. Earlier career experiences include serving as the EMEA marketing manager for the projectors and laser printers business unit at Seiko Epson Corporation in Japan, as well as holding roles in marketing communications and supply chain management for HP's consumer PC division. Delphine earned an MBA in Marketing & Strategy from the University of Cambridge and a DESS in Marketing from the Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management - IAE.
