Kate McLaughlin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and digital strategy across several leading companies. Currently serving as Director of Product & Platforms for Patient Monitors & Digital Experience at Medtronic, Kate has previously held influential roles such as Head of Product & Cross-Digital Platform Strategy at Gensler and Director of Product and Engineering Transformation at UnitedHealth Group. In addition to these roles, Kate has been involved in innovation at Starkey Hearing Technologies as a Portfolio Leader in Research & Development and served as a Global Program Manager for Mobile at Best Buy. Kate McLaughlin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
