Mindy Deluna

Mindy deLuna is an experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the EHS Program Manager for Global Service and Repair at Medtronic since August 2016, Mindy has held positions such as Principal EHS Specialist and Sr EHS Specialist at the same company. Prior to Medtronic, Mindy worked as the Environmental, Health and Safety Manager at O-I, a glass beverage container manufacturer, from April 2014 to August 2016. Mindy's earlier experience includes serving as the Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator at ELSA LLC, a Tier 1 automotive parts supplier, and working at Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope as a Safety Coordinator, CSR, and Production Scheduler. Mindy holds a Master of Public Affairs with a focus on Non-Profit Management from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis.
