Nic Crutchfield

Nic Crutchfield is a Principal Engineer at Medtronic since March 2022, with extensive experience in engineering and design across various sectors. Previously, Crutchfield served as Principal/Partner at Relevate Lean Construction Consulting from 2017 to 2022, and worked as a Hydrodynamic Design and Test Engineer at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory from July 2015 to July 2017. Prior to that, Crutchfield held multiple roles at Intel Corporation from January 2010 to June 2015, including California Regional Design Manager and Mechanical Engineering Design Lead. Educational background includes a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona, and notable accomplishments include the design of a 26-foot tall steel drop tower and receiving the 2009 Outstanding Graduate Student award.
