Sandeep Dhar

Sandeep Dhar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and engineering procurement, currently serving as Senior Director of Enterprise Technical Sourcing at Medtronic since March 2020, after previously holding the position of Director of Global Strategic Sourcing Engineering. Prior roles include Director of Global Strategic Procurement at Johnson Controls, along with various engineering and lean leadership positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Trussbilt, and Case New Holland. Sandeep has an academic background that includes an Executive Education in Leadership from Columbia University, an M.B.A. in Strategy and Finance from Marquette University, and a Master's in Industrial Engineering from Wayne State University, complemented by various certifications in project management and Six Sigma.
