Andrea Brumwell

Andrea Brumwell is a highly experienced medical professional currently serving as a Medical Advisor and previously holding various roles including Senior Medical Specialist and Medical Specialist at MEDUCOM Health Inc. since September 2020. Andrea has a strong academic background with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Guelph, where research focused on the cellular response to hypoxia, resulting in a first-authored publication. Additional experience includes serving as a Sessional Lecturer and Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Guelph, as well as conducting undergraduate research at Université de Sherbrooke. Throughout the career, Andrea has contributed to multiple research presentations and has developed expertise in biochemistry and molecular biology.
