Clinical Education Manager at MedVet

Emily Chryst has a diverse work experience in the veterinary field. Emily started their career as a Veterinary Technician II at Colorado State University in 2014, where they worked in the Emergency and Critical Care department. Emily continued to gain experience at DoveLewis Emergency Animal Hospital as a Certified Veterinary Technician, specializing in Surgery and Anesthesia, as well as Emergency and Critical Care.

In 2018, Emily joined Animal Internal Medicine & Specialty Services (AIMSS) as a Veterinary Nurse Supervisor, overseeing and managing the nursing staff. Emily held this role for three years before transitioning to MedVet in 2021.

At MedVet, Emily first worked as a Clinical Education Specialist, utilizing their expertise to provide education and support to the clinical team. Emily later advanced to the position of Clinical Education Manager in 2023, where they continued to contribute to the development and implementation of clinical education programs.

Emily Chryst has consistently demonstrated their commitment and competence in the veterinary field, progressing from technician roles to leadership positions, and continually expanding their knowledge and skills in emergency and specialty care.

Emily Chryst attended Colorado State University where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics, as well as Mathematics. Emily also attended Front Range Community College, where they pursued a degree in Veterinary Technology, specifically studying Veterinary/Animal Health Technology/Technician and Veterinary Assistant.
