Kelly Hepner, MBA-HA, BSN, RN, CHFM, CHSP, CHOP has a extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Kelly Hepner has a diverse education history. Kelly obtained their Associate's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Shenandoah University between 1993 and 1995. Kelly then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Organizational Development from Eastern Mennonite University, which they completed from 2005 to 2010.

In 2011, Kelly enrolled in the University of Southern Indiana and earned their Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Following this, they furthered their education by pursuing a Master's Business Administration-Healthcare Administration from Bethel University, College of Professional Studies, which they obtained between 2014 and 2016.
