Yasuyuki Yanagisawa

Yasuyuki Yanagisawa has a diverse range of work experience in the architectural and engineering field. Yasuyuki is currently working at Meinhardt Group as the Director of Architectural and Engineering Services. Prior to this, they worked at Hennebery Eddy Architects, Inc. as a Project Architect.

Yanagisawa's earlier roles include working at Mackenzie as a Project Architect, where they handled high technology facilities and retail buildings. Yasuyuki also served as a cultural liaising facilitator for Japan-based clients establishing their base in the Northwest region of the United States.

Yasuyuki has also worked as a Visiting Professor at Tokushima University, where they taught as a guest instructor. In addition, they worked as a Project Architect at Mahlum and Nikken Sekkei, where they had managerial and coordinating responsibilities for international projects.

Prior to these roles, Yanagisawa worked at Kume Sekkei Co., Ltd. as a Senior Associate, responsible for architectural project management and business development. Yasuyuki also worked as an Assistant to the Director for New Campus Building project at Temple University. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as an Architectural Intern at Robertson Sherwood Architects pc, as well as a Graduate Teaching Fellow at the University of Oregon.

Yasuyuki Yanagisawa holds a Master's degree in Architecture (M.Arch.) from the University of Oregon, which they obtained from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Niigata University, where they studied from 1992 to 1997. In addition to their educational background, Yasuyuki has also obtained certifications such as LEED Green Associate from Green Business Certification Inc. and Construction Documentation Technologist from the Construction Specifications Institute. Yasuyuki is also a licensed architect in the State of Oregon, as recognized by the State of Oregon.
