Christie Coutin

Christie Coutin has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Their most recent role is Head of HR, UK & Ireland at MeiraGTx, a clinical-stage gene therapy company. Christie is responsible for driving the People Agenda and developing potentially curative treatments for patients with serious diseases. Prior to this, they worked at Aimmune Therapeutics as Director of HR - Europe, overseeing HR operations and change management. Christie also served as an HR Business Partner at Aimmune Therapeutics. Before that, Christie had various HR roles at Kobalt Music, Science Group, Evidera, and United BioSource Corporation. Christie started their HR career at Bite Communications as an HR Administrator. Christie's early professional experience includes roles at Southbank Centre and Warner Music Enterprises.

Christie Coutin obtained a Certificate in Personnel Practice from the Institution CIPD in July 2009. From 2009 to 2010, they attended Middlesex University and earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resources Management. Additionally, they achieved certification as a Certified Strength Coach from Gallup in May 2021.
