Adani A.

Adani A. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities in the field of engineering. They began their career as a Part-Time Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Indonesia, where they handled teaching and grading in multiple courses. Adani then interned at The University of Sydney's Biomedical & Multimedia Information Technology Research Group, contributing to the development of an mHealth application for dialysis patients and clinical staff.

After that, Adani joined Ice House as a Software Engineer for a brief period. They then moved on to Kudo - PT Kudo Teknologi Indonesia, where they served as an Android Developer and later as the Head of Mobile Engineering. In these roles, they successfully designed and deployed various features on mobile apps, emphasizing code quality and implementing best practices.

Adani's career then led them to Grab, where they held several positions. They initially worked as a Mobile Engineering Manager, leading the mobile engineering team for Kudo (now GrabKios). They later transitioned to the role of Lead Software Engineer, where they executed multiple engineering initiatives to improve efficiency and quality in the GrabKios engineering team. Ultimately, Adani served as the Engineering Manager II for GrabKios, overseeing two teams and playing a crucial role in improving the Kubernetes ecosystem.

Currently, Adani holds the position of VP of Engineering at Mekari, where they lead five squads in building systems that enhance the unified experience and leverage the core ecosystem across Mekari Products. Their responsibilities also include engineering productivity, identity management, leads management, subscription and billing, and ecosystem experience.

Adani A. obtained a Master of Information Technology degree in Computer Science from the University of Sydney, from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Computer Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Indonesia, from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, Adani A. obtained an Associate Android Developer certification from Google in May 2018.
