Anoulak Kittikhoun

Anoulak Kittikhoun, PhD is a Chief Executive Officer at the Mekong River Commission Secretariat, where Anoulak heads the MRC Regional Flood and Drought Management Center. Previously, Anoulak held various roles at the United Nations, the Ralph Bunche Institute for International Studies, Brooklyn College, and the Permanent Mission of Laos to the United Nations. Anoulak has a Ph.D. in Political Science and Development from The Graduate Center, City University of New York, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Commerce and International Relations from The Australian National University. Recently, Anoulak completed a Senior Fellowship in Public Service at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.
