Nupur S. has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and people operations. Nupur currently holds the role of Director of People Operations at Mekonos Inc. starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Sequoia Consulting Group as a Training and Development Manager from July 2020 to March 2022, and as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner from January 2016 to December 2020.

Before their time at Sequoia Consulting Group, Nupur worked at TriNet as a Senior Human Capital Consultant from February 2013 to January 2016. Nupur also has experience in volunteer management, having held various roles at PMI SFBAC - Project Management Institute San Francisco Bay Area Chapter from 2011 to 2013.

Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR Project Consultant at Hurt Foundation from 2008 to 2011. Nupur also worked at Marico Limited as an HR Manager from June 2006 to September 2007, and at Cognizant Technology Solutions as an HR Executive from March 2006 to June 2006. Nupur'searliest role was as a Senior Analyst at Accenture Services Pvt. Ltd. from May 2004 to January 2006.

Nupur S. holds a Certificate in Project Management from the University of California, Berkeley, which was obtained from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Master's in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences between 2002 and 2004. Nupur began their education journey in 1999 at Delhi University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Journalism (Hons.) degree in Journalism, which was completed in 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Nupur S. has also obtained several certifications. Nupur earned a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021. Nupur S. also holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), which they obtained in June 2013. Lastly, they achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in July 2012.
