  • Hybrid Working - 2 days per week onsite (alternating between Scoresby/ Lilydale or Chadstone)
  • 4-month fixed term contract - (to start within 1 - 2 weeks of offer)

About the Role:

The Marketing Campaign Specialist contributes to the development and execution of marketing strategies to elevate Melba’s brand, engagement and growth and involves a hands-on approach to managing and implementing various marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Melba’s marketing strategy and marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, market share and growth.
  • In conjunction with our agency, manage the creation of a new website to maximise SEO/SEM performance, leverage Google Analytics insights and manage internal approval processes.
  • Lead Melba brand development, awareness and management.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel brand and marketing campaigns including media planning, website development, eDMs, advertising, video, social media, SEO/SEM.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution including campaign setup, scheduling, segmentation, deployment, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyse data, and generate reports to measure effectiveness, identify trends, and optimise campaign performance.
  • Manage day to day relationships with key agencies.
  • In conjunction with the Communications team, manage the development of social media strategy.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Significant demonstrated experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage relationships with external vendors.
  • Previous experience building a new website.

Requirements: A current NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check (we can support you through the process of obtaining one or both checks if you don’t already have them).
