Claire Storey

Claire Storey (GAICD) is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as the Executive General Manager of People & Culture at Melbourne Airport since February 2024, Claire previously held significant leadership roles at Morgan Stanley from August 2007 to May 2022, including Managing Director & Co-Head of Human Resources Asia and Asia Head of Talent Management. In these capacities, responsibility included leading diverse teams and implementing strategic talent management initiatives for 15,000 employees in the Asia region. Claire also served as the Head of Human Resources for Asia at Shearman & Sterling LLP and held a managerial position at Baker McKenzie. Claire holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Psychology, a Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Melbourne, and completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors in December 2022.
