Joe Grgic has extensive experience in various roles within the field of workplace relations and human resources. Joe has held positions such as the Workplace Relations Manager & Executive Officer at WorkSafe Victoria from 2013 to 2018, followed by the role of National Manager, Employment Relations and Safety at Australian Catholic University from 2018 to 2019. Joe continued their career at the Department of Transport as the Director of Workplace Relations in 2019. Currently, Joe is employed at Melbourne Airport, where they have served in roles such as Head of Employee and Industrial Relations and Acting Chief People and Marketing Officer.
