Jennifer Lai

Jennifer Lai has a diverse and extensive work experience in the entertainment and hospitality industry. Jennifer began their career at Wynn Macau as a Manager of Special Events in 2006. Jennifer then moved to City of Dreams Macau, where they served as the Manager of Entertainment Marketing and Events from 2008 to 2013. Following that, they worked at Galaxy Macau as a Senior Manager of Event Promotions in 2013. In 2014, Jennifer joined Macau Legend Development Ltd as the Group Director of Marketing and Communications, where they played a crucial role until 2018. Currently, Jennifer holds the position of Director of Innovation and Public Relations at Melco Resorts & Entertainment, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to that, they were a Director of Innovation and Guest Engagement at the same company from 2018 to 2020.

Jennifer Lai holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Computer Engineering from McMaster University, which they obtained between 1999 and 2003. Jennifer also pursued an Executive MBA at The Chinese University of Hong Kong from 2018 to 2020.
