Additionally, Patrick is a Business Partner at Food Growth Ventures, Pleese Cheese, and MeliBio, all since December 2021. As President and Lead R&D Chef at Creative Culinary Solutions Vermont, a role held since December 2018, Patrick specializes in research and development while providing copacking resources. Patrick is also the Founder and President of Pulp Kitchen Juice, a position held since November 2014.
