Alex Maibaum

Alex Maibaum has a long and varied work experience. In 2012, they were a Warehouse Associate at ImagiCorps, where they managed production line teams of up to 20 temporary employees and was part of the E3 team that successfully assisted Microsoft in launching the XBox One. In 2013, they worked as a Customer Service Specialist at REI. In 2014, they were a Production Manager at Scentco Inc, where they managed a total of two employees and successfully researched and redefined manufacturing process to reduce manufacturing lead time from over 300 days to 90 days. In 2015, they were a Supply Chain Manager at NuZee, Inc., where they managed a total of three employees and successfully implemented a MRP platform providing full traceability from raw material to finished goods utilizing batch tracking and lot verification. In 2016, they were a Business Intelligence Analyst and Sales Analyst at SPY. In 2019, they were a Supply Chain Manager at Bitchin' Sauce and a Supply Chain Analyst at Jenny Craig, where they wrote a purchasing algorithm in Excel that automated the weekly purchasing process. From 2019 to 2021, they were the Director of Operations at Medterra, where they directly managed a team of 6, developed a focus on strategic partnerships, created multiple systems, and lead the implementation of Power Bi as the central analytics reporting suite. Currently, they are on paternity leave, where they are a Dad and is attacking each day with a desire to learn.

Alex Maibaum graduated from Seattle Pacific University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Business. Prior to this, they attended Marist Catholic High School from 1999 to 2003.
