Lee Tsukroff

Lee Tsukroff has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Lee served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Melissa & Doug, where they handled financial and IT activities. Prior to that, Lee was the CFO/VP Finance for the Home Solutions Business Segment at Newell Rubbermaid. Lee was responsible for all financial aspects of a $1.6 billion business segment and led various financial processes. Lee also worked at Unilever in several roles, including CFO/VP Finance for the Americas Supply Chain Company, VP Finance for North American Ice Cream, and VP Finance for Business Transformation. Lee successfully managed financial aspects and led integration projects for the company. Additionally, Lee gained experience as a Finance Director for Customer Development and Supply Chain at Unilever. Lee began their career as a Finance Analyst at Nabisco Biscuit Co.

Lee Tsukroff attended the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Following that, from 1992 to 1994, they pursued their Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
