Sofia currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Design at Melissa & Doug, overseeing the creation of toys that inspire children's imagination and creativity. Prior to this role, Sofia worked as the Design Director at Callaway Arts & Entertainment, where Sofia led the design strategy for a successful children's lifestyle brand. With a Masters degree in Industrial Design and a background in economics, Sofia brings a unique blend of creativity and strategic thinking to their design work.
