Luan Francisco

Luan Francisco has work experience in both Méliuz and Atento Brasil. At Méliuz, they worked as an Assistant of Customer Success, starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Atento Brasil, where they held multiple roles. From January 2020 to September 2020, they worked as a Quality Monitor, and from May 2019 to December 2019, they worked as a SAC Analyst.

Luan Francisco began their education in 2021 at Fatec Carapicuiba, where they pursued a Curso Superior de Tecnologia (CST) in Design de Mídias Digitais. This education is expected to continue until 2024. In addition to their formal education, Luan Francisco has obtained certifications in Introdução à Comunicação Empresarial from Fundação Bradesco in March 2020 and in Ética Empresarial from FGV Online in March 2020.
