Darcy Forrester

Darcy Forrester is a seasoned professional in customer experience and implementation management, currently serving as the Senior Customer Experience Manager for ANZ at Meltwater since March 2021. Before this role, Darcy held positions as a Senior Implementation Manager and Implementation Manager at the same company. Prior to joining Meltwater, Darcy worked at ANZ as a Personal Banker in Customer Solutions for a brief period and was an Internal Account Manager at efm Logistics Services Group. Darcy holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Marketing from Deakin University, completed in June 2022, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne, earned between 2011 and 2014.
