Jen Schoell

Jen (Vasser) Schoell is a seasoned professional in customer success and enterprise intelligence, currently serving as Global VP Customer Success at Meltwater since January 2023. Prior to this role, Jen spent nearly a decade at Tableau, ascending from Customer Success Manager to Director of Enterprise Customer Success, where responsibilities included driving customer value from data analytics and managing regions across North America and Canada. Jen began their career at EY, progressing from Staff IT Advisory Consultant to Manager of Enterprise Intelligence while leading project teams and ensuring client objectives were met. Jen holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida, specializing in Decision Information Science and Accounting, respectively.
