Mark Coleman

Mark Coleman has extensive work experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Mark worked at Members 1st Federal Credit Union from 2009 to 2022, starting as a .Net Programmers Analyst II and progressing to AVP of Software Engineering and ultimately VP of Software Engineering. In these roles, they focused on strategic planning, cultivating relationships, offering guidance and leadership, and implementing agile methodologies. Prior to that, they worked at Wescom Resources Group, LLC as a Senior Programmer, where they designed and implemented projects and promoted the adoption of newer technologies. Mark also has experience as a Team Lead at eCU Technologies, designing and implementing solutions for credit unions. Mark began their career as an intern at PSECU.

Mark Coleman attended Penn State University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a degree in Computer Science. Mark is currently enrolled in the IT Executive Program at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology, with an expected completion date unknown.
