Nita Haas

Nita Haas is an experienced mortgage lending professional with a strong background in credit union operations. Currently serving as the Real Estate Lending Manager at Members First Credit Union since November 2021, Nita is responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, and coaching within the mortgage department. Previous roles include Mortgage Lending Manager positions at Glass City Federal Credit Union, where Nita oversaw a range of loan products, and CU Members Mortgage as an Executive Sales Consultant, providing consultative services to credit unions. Nita's extensive experience also encompasses leadership roles in correspondent lending, underwriting, and branch management with various mortgage companies, complemented by a certification in mortgage underwriting from Freddie Mac and education from CUNA Mortgage School.
