Stefania Vagnozzi is currently the People and Culture Manager at Memodo GmbH. Previously, Stefania held roles such as Junior Personalreferentin at WERNER companies GmbH, Leitung Standortentwicklung München & Region and Sozialintegrativer Coach at GSM Training & Integration GmbH, and Sozialintegrative Mitarbeiterin und Jobcoach at Deutsche Angestellten Akademie - DAA. Stefania has experience in advising and coaching ALG II recipients, providing social pedagogical support and integration for homeless and long-term unemployed individuals, as well as organizing program activities within projects. Stefania has also completed education in Betriebliche Gesundheitsmanagement, Arbeitsrecht, and Personalwesen.
