Herman Ng

Herman Ng has extensive work experience in finance and operations. Herman is currently the SVP of Finance and Operations at Memora Health, a leading intelligent care enablement platform. Prior to this, they worked as an investor at Hyphen Capital and was a founding member at The F Suite. Herman also served as the SVP of Finance and Operations at Branch. Before that, they worked as the Director of FP&A at Medallia and as a Senior Manager of Strategic Finance at Eventbrite. Herman also founded SeePhood and held multiple roles at Google, including Sustainability Lead, Senior Associate, and Manager of M&A Finance. Herman began their career at KPMG as a Senior Associate in both Transaction Services and Audit.

Herman Ng holds an MBA degree in Entrepreneurship and Strategy from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, which they earned between 2008 and 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting and Marketing from Cal State East Bay- College of Business & Economics in the period from 1999 to 2003. Herman also achieved the certification of Certified Public Accountant (Inactive) from the California Board of Accountancy in 2006.
