Frances Tanney

Frances Tanney is a skilled Clinical Lab Manager and Associate Scientist with extensive experience in oncology clinical trials. Currently, Frances supervises daily operations at Menarini Silicon Biosystems, managing a CLIA and ISO 15189 certified laboratory since April 2017. Previous experience includes serving as an Associate Scientist at Janssen Diagnostics from August 2010 to March 2017, where oversight of a CLIA certified lab was also a primary responsibility. Frances held the position of Clinical Scientist II at Veridex LLC, a Johnson & Johnson Company, from July 2008 to July 2010, further supervising a CLIA certified lab for oncology sample processing. Earlier career experience includes consulting as a scientist for the CLIA certified Pharma Services department at Veridex from February 2004 to July 2008. Frances earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology from Merrimack College between 1978 and 1982.
