Sylvain Leboeuf

Sylvain Leboeuf has extensive experience in the design and packaging industry. Sylvain began their career as a Designer/Design Team Lead at Cuisines André Julien, where they quickly advanced to become responsible for a team of 5 designers. During this time, they successfully implemented new software technology to increase productivity and decrease cost failures.

Leboeuf then worked as a SolidEdge Technician at Mobius Technologies before joining The Central Group as a Senior Structural/Industrial Designer. In this role, they contributed their expertise until 2011.

Since 2012, Leboeuf has been employed at Menasha Packaging. Sylvain initially served as the Design Manager - Graphics and Structural, where they managed both teams, researched new design techniques, and provided cost-effective solutions to clients. Sylvain later transitioned to the role of Client Solutions Manager, overseeing front-end activities and driving work efficiencies. Leboeuf was subsequently promoted to Senior Design Manager and eventually became the Director of Customer CI & Design. Currently, they hold the position of Director - Sales Execution.

Throughout their career, Leboeuf has demonstrated a strong ability to develop business relations, deliver innovative design solutions, and meet or exceed client needs.

Sylvain Leboeuf completed their Industrial Design degree at Cegep Ste-Foy from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they studied Applied Sciences at the same institution from 1995 to 1997. Sylvain obtained their High School Diploma with a focus on Advanced Art, Advanced Sport, and Advanced Sciences from Polyvalente Louis Jobin from 1990 to 1995. In addition to their formal education, Sylvain also obtained certifications in leadership and Solidworks comprehensive from Crestcom Canada and Tata Technologies, respectively, in 2013 and 2010.
