Adam Friedman-Selsley has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Adam currently works as a Principal PVD Engineer at Menlo Micro since July 2023. Prior to this, Adam worked at NexGen Power Systems where they served as a Sr. Principal Process Engineer Thin Films/Metals/RTA from April 2022 to May 2023, and as a Principal Process Engineer Thin Films/Metals/RTA from October 2018 to April 2022. Before joining NexGen Power Systems, Adam worked as an Instructor at WSWHE BOCES from September 2013 to August 2020. Adam also had a brief stint as a Sales Specialist at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from May 2018 to October 2018. Adam worked as a Substitute Teacher at various institutions from March 2018 to October 2018, and as a Science Teacher at YMCA Adventure Camp from June 2018 to September 2018. Earlier in their career, Adam served as a Process Engineer-Substrate Fabrication at Crystal IS from July 2014 to January 2018. Adam also worked at GLOBALFOUNDRIES from April 2011 to July 2014, serving as a Member Technical Staff Process Engineer and later as a Project Manager on the Convergence Team. Before that, Adam worked as a Sr. Process Engineer at TEL Technology Center, America from January 2007 to March 2011, and as an Electronic Engineer at Intel Corporation from March 2006 to January 2007.

Adam Friedman-Selsley has a strong educational background in both business administration and materials engineering. Adam obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1991 and went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in the same field at the same institution, completing it in 1995. Later, Adam obtained an MBA degree in Business Administration and Management from Penn State University in 2006.

In addition to their formal degrees, Adam has also pursued various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in different areas. Adam has obtained certifications in topics such as Raspberry Pi, Arduino prototyping, electronics foundations, happiness training, data visualization, Python programming, instructional design, adult learning, data science, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, Six Sigma foundations, storyboarding, needs analysis, models of instructional design, programming foundations, neuroscience of learning, securing the IoT, and IoT fundamentals from LinkedIn.
