The Mental Health Association is an independent, non-profit agency that provides mental wellness health services and programs in the Greater Rochester area.

We serve over 15,000 clients each year, regardless of their ability to pay. We encourage all to take an active role in their path to mental wellness.

The Mental Health Association is committed to providing impartial, confidential information and services to people with a wide range of mental helath related issues. 

The Mental Health Association teaches skills and provides support to individuals in emotional distress allowing them to make informed decisions on the path to mental wellness.
