Hector Fernandez

Hector Fernandez has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. hector started their career as a PhD student at csic in 2003. Following their academic pursuits, they worked as an analyst consultant at BAYES FORECAST, where they conducted statistical analysis for dynamic forecasting and customer characterization. hector then became a project leader at BAYES FORECAST, responsible for developing and maintaining a customer relationship management database for Telefonica-Movistar. Additionally, they were involved in the planning and development of an automatic call-center forecasting tool.

In 2011, Hector joined CISTIB as a Senior Scientific Software Developer, where they contributed to the development of a software framework for advanced applications in biomedical image computing and simulations.

In 2013, Hector became a Co-Founder and Senior Software Development Engineer at Galgo Medical SL, where they were involved in the creation and development of the company. hector also held the position of Head of Neurovascular Unit, responsible for overseeing the unit's operations.

Currently, Hector Fernandez is the Director of ANKYRAS software development and PRRC at Mentice Spain S.L. Their responsibilities include managing the software development and ensuring regulatory compliance for the company.

Hector Fernandez completed a Master's degree in Materials Science at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, they studied Particle Physics and Optoelectronics at Universidad de Santiago de Compostela from 1997 to 2003, without earning a degree.
