Desireé Robertson

Director, Training & Product Design at MENTOR

Desireé Robertson has been working in the field of youth development for over 10 years. Desireé is currently the Director of Training & Product Design at MENTOR, where they oversee the development and delivery of training programs for mentoring professionals.

Prior to their work at MENTOR, Robertson was an Adjunct Professor at Christian Brothers University, where they taught a sociology course and developed a curriculum for a youth mentoring course. Desireé also worked as the Senior Manager of the Memphis Grizzlies Youth Mentoring Partnership, where they created and directed the Grizzlies Training Institute to provide best-in-class training to mentors and youth development programs.

Robertson is passionate about helping young people reach their full potential, and their work has had a profound impact on the lives of countless young people. Desireé is committed to making a difference in their community, and they are an inspiration to all who know her.

Desireé Robertson has a masters in sociology from The University of Memphis, a BA in sociology from The University of Memphis, and a diploma in college ready from Millington Central High School. Desireé also has certification from Marriott International in Marriott's Hotel Excellence.

They are on a team with Beth Tallarico - Chief Financial & Administrative Officer, Joellen Spacek - Senior Director of the Affiliate Network, and Tim Wills - Chief Impact Officer. Desireé Robertson reports to David Shapiro, CEO.
