Nichole Roshay

Nichole Roshay is an experienced operations manager with a diverse background in various industries, including aerospace, education, and security. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager at Redwire Space since March 2022, Nichole has also held key roles at Safran, Zodiac Seats US LLC, and Composite Plastic Systems, where responsibilities included managing supply chains, reducing operational costs, and leading production processes. Additionally, Nichole has provided private tutoring for students in Language Arts and World History since May 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Intelligence Operations and a Bachelor of Arts in Intelligence Operations from American Military University, along with certificates in Project Management from the Project Management Institute and Business Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
