Shahbaz Saleem worked as an Admin Officer at Gunj Glass Works Ltd from December 2020 to May 2023. Then, in January 2023, they started working as an Assistant Human Resources Officer at Menzies-RAS, where they are currently employed.

Shahbaz Saleem began their education in 2011 at the International Islamic University in Islamabad. shahbaz pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on International Finance, which they completed in 2015.
