Melanie Cardiff

Melanie Cardiff has extensive work experience in the human resources field. Melanie currently holds the role of Sr. Director, Total Rewards at Meow Wolf since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Kirby Corporation from 2014 to 2022, where they held the position of Director, Compensation & HRIS.
