Haley Mitcheson

Haley Mitcheson has extensive experience in sales support and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Sales Support Coordinator and previously as a Sales Associate at Mer since September 2021, Haley has contributed to the company's evolution following its rebranding from Elmtronics in April 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Back Office Employee at Asurion, where responsibilities encompassed handling customer queries for multiple clients and resolving issues collaboratively. Earlier roles included positions as a Sales Executive at Aspect Voice and Inspired Outsourcing Limited, as well as a Sales Assistant at Superdry and a Bar Waitress at Ak Leisure. Haley holds a Diploma of Education in Aviation Level 3 and Operations from Newcastle College.
