Lorenz-Maximilian Schneider has a diverse professional background spanning multiple industries. Lorenz-Maximilian began their career as a Research Intern at Roche, where they gained experience in synthesizing medicament precursors. Following this, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at ETH Zurich for five years. In 2015, they joined Synpulse Management Consulting as a Consultant in the Swiss private banking sector, where they executed M&A projects and implemented regulatory standards for international financial services companies. In 2017, they became a Senior Consultant at PwC Deutschland, specializing in valuation and strategy projects.
