Joe Monaghan

Joe Monaghan is a Principal at Mercer, where they lead HR Transformation. Joe has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, technology, and payroll.

Joe started their career as a Consultant at NGA Human Resources in January 2012, where they worked with HR technology and payroll. Joe then moved to Deloitte in October 2013, where they worked as a Consultant in HR Technology and Analytics. In March 2015, Joe joined Mercer as a Senior Consultant in HR Technology and Payroll. Joe was promoted to Principal in April 2017 and now leads HR Transformation at the company.

Joe Monaghan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University and is certified from the HR Certification Institute as a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR). Joe also holds Workday certifications in HCM, Integrations, PM, and Payroll.

They work with sarah pearse - Europe Pacific HR Director, Bhawna Sinha - Manager, HR Ops, and Anna Marciniak - HR Manager. Their manager is Lana Maksimovic, Head of HR.
