Krista Mayor

Krista Mayor is a Partner at Mercer, where they lead the HR Transformation practice. Krista has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Consulting, and Technology.

Krista started their career at SAP as an Implementation Project Manager in the HCM Practice. Krista then moved to LSI Logic as a Business Analyst in the HRIT group. In January 2002, they joined Mercer as a Senior Associate in Human Capital, Operations & Technology Consulting (HCOT). Krista was promoted to Partner in December 2005.

At Mercer, Krista has worked on some of the firm’s most complex and high-profile projects, including the development of Mercer’s proprietary HR Transformation methodology. Krista is a frequent speaker at industry events and has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and other publications.

Krista received their BA in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley and their MBA from Stanford University.

Krista Mayor received their MBA from the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business and their BA in Business from the University of California, Riverside.
