Siddhartha Gupta

Siddhartha Gupta is currently serving as President at Mercer since July 2024, having previously held the position of CEO at Mettl from April 2016 to July 2024. At Mettl, Siddhartha led the cloud-based talent measurement platform with a vision to make it a credible voice in the industry. Before Mettl, Siddhartha had a significant tenure at SAP from 2006 to 2016, where roles included Vice President of Strategic Industries and Head of Key PSU for essential sectors like Oil & Gas and Public Services. Siddhartha's career began at Compaq Computers as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director before transitioning to Hewlett-Packard as an Account Manager. Siddhartha holds an MBA in Marketing and General Management from Xavier Institute of Management, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from The Times School of Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Delhi University.
