Greg Hodges

Greg Hodges has a strong work experience in the banking industry. Greg worked at Merchants & Marine Bank from 2020, starting as the Hattiesburg Market President and later being promoted to Chief Banking Officer in September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Hancock Whitney from 2002 to 2020, holding various roles including Senior Vice President and Market President. In this role, they managed all lines of commercial, business, and consumer banking in the southeast Mississippi region. Greg also served as the Corporate Banking Division Manager, Business Banking Manager, and Business Banking Relationship Manager during their time at Hancock Whitney.

Greg Hodges obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from William Carey University, which they completed from 1997 to 2001. In 2007, they attended the Mississippi School of Banking at Ole Miss for a year, and from 2009 to 2011, they enrolled in The Graduate School of Banking at LSU. Greg's most recent educational pursuit is the Advanced Management Program at Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth, which is scheduled to be completed in 2023.
