Sagree Pillay

Sagree Pillay has a strong work experience track record spanning various roles and companies. Sagree began their career at Nedbank in 2002 as the Head of Operations, where they stayed for 10 years. Sagree then joined Nedbank Ltd as an Executive Assistant from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, they worked at Consciousness Coaching as an Accredited Coach. Sagree also worked at Nedbank as an HR-Project Manager from 2013 to 2016. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Transformation Specialist & Project Management at Nedbank Ltd. Sagree then served as the Manager of Projects at the Human Resources Shared Services department of Standard Bank Group from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Investec as the Head of UK Services, a position they held until 2023. Sagree Pillay is currently the Business Unit Head at Merchants, starting in 2023.

Sagree Pillay has an impressive education history. In 2020 to 2022, they attended Henley Business School and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in International Business. Prior to their MBA, in 2010, they studied at GIBS Business School (Gordon Institute of Business Science) for a short period, focusing on Executive International Business Studies. Additionally, in 2013, Sagree completed an international diploma in coaching from Consciousness Coaching. Going back to their earlier years, from 1979 to 1982, they attended Southlands Secondary School, where they received their Matric qualification.
